On April 18th, Chongqing Millison Technologies Inc.and ZF Friedrichshafen AG signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the Millison Modern Industrial Park. Yu Yajun,Chairman of Millison and Wolfgang Allinger,ZF Global Procurement Vice President, and relevant business leaders from both sides attended the signing ceremony.
ZF is a global technology group that provides system solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology; Millison is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of aluminum alloy precision die-casting parts in the communication and automotive fields, and can provide customers with onestop solutions for the entire process. Both parties, as advantageous enterprises in their respective technological fields, not only share the same target customer group in the current wave of automotive industry transformation, but also can achieve complementary advantages in resources.
According to the agreement, both parties will deepen cooperation in areas such as technology research and development, process improvement, production and manufacturing, mold equipment, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, energy conservation and environmental protection, maintain sufficient information communication and resource sharing, strengthen mutual visits and exchanges, jointly improve the cooperation promotion mechanism, and lay a solid foundation for future long-term strategic cooperation.
