29th June, the 8800T super-largebody-structure component mass production ceremony and technical seminar wassuccessfully held by Millison Technologies, at Chongqing Banan district. Together with Haitian Group,the well-known equipment enterprise who produces the first super-large 8800Tdie casting machine, Millison has joined the venture of HDC8800 machine’s researchand development. With the industry's leading pressure and injection technology,the machine performance could fully meet process requirements of integrateddie-casting molding, which can integrate the complex structure parts and turn multipleparts into one single large component, enhancing the overall structuralstrength while reducing weight. For example, for auto body structural parts, itsimplifies dozens of parts complex processes that would originally require processlike riveting, stamping, welding and forging, greatly reducing manufacturingcosts by improving production efficiency and product competitiveness, meanwhilereducing component weight.2


To innovate-Intelligentand digital model factory

Taking innovation-driven as the strengthof sustainable development, Millison Technologies has been cooperating withmany top research institutes to maintain competitive advantages in newmaterials, light-weighting, new process application and large mold development.In order to meet the production demand of super-large structural parts such as5G telecom parts, new energy vehicle EIC system and car-body components, MillisonTechnologies has launched the second phase construction of Chongqing factory.By introducing super-large intelligent die-casting islands and fully automaticmachine processing lines, expanding mold production capacity, creatinghigh-standard R&D center, testing center, laboratory and data center,Millison will build a China die-casting model factory and intelligent manufacturingbenchmark factory. In the meantime, new factory will be prepared for the fullmass production of key projects, for instance, super-large body structureparts.
