On November 22nd, Millison and Stellar G-Energy signed a cooperation agreement. The two parties plan to establish a new joint venture company to jointly explore the key component market for server liquid cooling, providing high-quality domestic and international customers with high-efficiency Liquid cooling cold plate design as well as R&D and mass production services for related liquid cooling server kits.

Through this joint venture cooperation, the two parties will fully integrate their experience and capabilities in AI server liquid cooling systems, thermal design and application scenarios, precision manufacturing processes, large-scale mass production and quality assurance. This will realize complementary advantages and resource sharing, and jointly build a key component platform for liquid cooling tailored to future high-power GPUs and AI servers.
