On March 27th, Millison Holded 2025 Operation Planning Conference and internal trainers Competition Finals.Chairman Yu Yajun delivered a speech, Party Secretary Zhang Ruze read out the Millison college's organizational structure and personnel appointment adjustment documents, and the college management office reported on the college's key work plan for 2025. Nearly 300 people, including leaders of  branch leaders, internal trainers, three level administrators, three level management cadres, and reserve management cadres, attended the meeting. Various subsidiaries participate in online conferences.

At the meeting, the final of the "I am a good internal trainer, I have good courses" internal trainer competition was held. The trainers presented excellent teaching results through simple and easy to understand content design and clever on-site interaction, demonstrating strong professional knowledge reserves, clear teaching ideas, and unique teaching charm.

At the meeting, completion certificates were also issued to the reserve cadres for the year 2024.

Yu Yajun affirmed the work of Zhumei College, congratulated the award-winning internal trainer, and put forward requirements for the college's work:

1. All internal trainers in the company, especially those working on the production site, should step onto the podium more often to exercise themselves and showcase themselves;

2. Zhumei College should strictly implement the 2025 work plan, focusing on the management keywords of "quality rooted, cost reduction and efficiency improvement" to promote the improvement of quality management and production site management level;

3. All cadres should set an example and become disseminators of knowledge. Middle and senior management cadres are required to develop courses and personally teach them every year, and the college evaluates the quality and effectiveness of the courses;

4. All employees should fully utilize the resources of the Zhumei Academy platform, strengthen self-learning, and continuously improve their professional ethics and skills.
