On September 11th, published by The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the fifth batch of green manufacturing list, Chongqing Millison Technologies Inc. is selected as one of the national “green factory”.

It is reported that “green factory”is the advanced enterprise model of green manufacturing who is selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in accordance with the first national standard “Green Factory Evaluation General Rules GB/T36132-2018” when officially announced in May 2018 for green factories in China. The nomination aims to implement the “Industrial Green Development Plan” and “Green Manufacturing Project Implementation Guide” for manufacturing industry, to accelerate the system construction of green manufacturing and lead the green transformation of related industry.

“Green factory” means that a plant has the ability to realize intensive land-use, use harmless raw materials and clean production, to reutilize waste into production in conjunction with low-carbon energy. The selection of national “green factory” is finalized by a coherent  process flow, starting from self-evaluation of the reporting unit, evaluation of third-party institutions, recommendation of provincial industry and information departments, in to final expert verification and public announcement.

Founded in 2001, Millison launched the construction plan of Millison Modern Industrial Park in 2015, as a response to the notional action plan of “Made in China 2025”. The construction plan followed standard of “intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing”, in accordance with building credo of “deep innovation, good quality and high efficiency, high-level integration of informatization and industrialization, and eco-friendly development”. The level of intelligent manufacturing is significantly improved through the progress of bench marking the world's first-class die-casting enterprises, building first-class factories, introducing international advanced production and testing equipment etc. In 2018, Millison is nominated as the first batch of “Green Factory” in Chongqing.

Millison Technologies is devoted to energy saving and environmental protection. With the establishment of eco-friendly plant such as fully automatic waste water treatment station, water reutilization and circulating water system, refrigeration station, air pressure station,energy recovery and utilization system, centralized dust removal system, centralized liquid supply system, Millison takes a great move on the green factory development.  Plant also reserves photovoltaic power generation system on the roof. All three waste emissions meet national standards, which helps Millison achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection.

Been selected into the national “Green Factory” is a recognition and encouragement for Millison's adherence in green and sustainable development.
